From diagnosis through adulthood, we walk alongside individuals with Down syndrome and their families, making sure no one is left without support at any stage of life.

Welcome Baskets for New Families

For families receiving a Down syndrome diagnosis, the first moments can feel overwhelming and uncertain.

Our welcome baskets provide trusted resources, comfort items, and a direct connection to a supportive community.

For many families, this is their first introduction to support—and a reminder that they are not alone.

Teen Tribe

Teen Tribe creates a space where teens of all abilities can come together, build friendships, and simply enjoy being teenagers.

This group is intentionally inclusive, bringing together teens with disabilities and their typically developing peers in a way that feels natural and welcoming.

Through shared experiences, teens build confidence, develop social connections, and experience a true sense of belonging.

Adult Allies 

Adult Allies supports adults with Down syndrome and other disabilities as they build meaningful, real-world connections in an inclusive environment.

Participants engage in social gatherings, community-based activities, and shared experiences designed to build confidence and independence.

This is not just a program—it is a space where individuals with and without disabilities come together, form authentic relationships, and continue growing into adulthood with support and connection.
