Spay &Neuter Is The Answer To Pet Overpopulation

Spay and neuter is the answer to the pet overpopulation problem throughout the state and in Kern County.  Shelter on the Hill will spay and neuter every pet that we have in our care.  We also host low cost spay and neuter events at our location a couple times a year.  Your donation would help fund all of the above efforts.  In addition to spay and neuter we feel stongly that microchips save lives.  We use 24 Petwatch microchips, we register the chip with each adoption and at the special community events as well.  It's essential to both chip and register each pet.
