Lift Her Up Academy

Lift Her Up Academy is our transformative summer program for girls ages 12–18, designed to turn dreams into action, boost confidence, and equip participants with real-world skills that last a lifetime. Through workshops on self-discovery, financial literacy, personal branding, wellness, and experiences beyond Bakersfield, each girl learns to lead, create, and thrive, gaining the tools and guidance she needs to succeed. Your support gives these girls hands-on experiences, mentorship, and opportunities they might never knew exist, ensuring growth, confidence, and future success.

Beyond workshops, Lift Her Up Academy teaches girls critical decision-making and leadership skills through hands-on activities, mentorship, and real-world challenges. From designing projects and managing group activities to navigating personal goals and peer collaboration, participants practice responsibility, problem-solving, and confidence in every step. This program is more than skills and a fun time it’s a supportive community where girls become empowered, find their voice, and learn that with guidance and dedication, they can lift themselves up as well as others.
