Kern River Valley Art Association is a nonprofit community arts organization dedicated to making art accessible, welcoming, and meaningful for people of all ages. We provide a creative home in the Kern River Valley through our gallery and community art center, coffee shop gathering space, and industrial arts building, offering a place where artists, families, students, and neighbors can connect.

We host monthly exhibitions, classes, workshops, camps, and community events that bring people together through creativity. From fine arts and youth programming to hands-on industrial arts, KRVAA creates opportunities for learning, self-expression, and skill-building while supporting local artists and makers. Signature events like our Memorial Day and Labor Day Arts & Crafts Festivals, summer camps, and seasonal programming help keep arts and culture active in our rural community.

Our impact goes beyond art. KRVAA helps reduce isolation, creates opportunities for youth, supports local instructors and artisans, and gives the community a place to gather, celebrate, and belong. By offering affordable and free programs, showcasing local talent, and creating shared experiences, we have become an important cultural hub in the Kern River Valley and a source of pride, connection, and opportunity for the people we serve.
